Add materials and services to the bill
Add the boxes, packing and extra services you used on the bill of lading — tap to add, set the quantity, and the totals change straight away.

The bill of lading charges for what you actually used. Add boxes, packing and services as you go — the cost breakdown at the bottom reprices at once.
Boxes, packing and unpacking
- Open the Bill of Lading tile and scroll to the materials block.
- Pick the tab: Boxes, Packing or Unpacking.
- Items your company shows on the bill are already listed at nothing — set their quantity.
- For anything else, press Add item and tap it in the list (Tap an item to add it to the bill.). Custom Packing lets you type your own item.
Each row has the quantity (from 0 to 200) × the unit cost = the line total. You can change the unit cost, and a row you added has a bin to remove it.
Under the list: Total Materials Charges, Total Packing Charges and Total Unpacking Charges (when there are any), and the Total:.
Additional services
- Find Additional Services on the bill.
- Press Add and tap a service, or Custom Service to type your own. It's added at its usual price.
- Set the quantity. The price is greyed when your company fixes it.
A service the office added at the sale shows as words only. Extra fees that come from the inventory (for example a piano) are listed first and can't be changed here — they follow the inventory. Total Additional Services Charges is under the list.
Other fees
Other Fees lists fees on the order, such as a fuel or stairs fee. Removing one (the ×) needs the permission to remove other fees in the contract; a removed fee turns grey and the arrow brings it back. Total Other Fees counts the ones still on.
Discount and fuel surcharge
In the cost breakdown:
- the + next to its heading (Add discount) — a Money Discount or a Percentage Discount; press Discount later to change it or Remove the discount;
- Fuel Surcharge — Company Setting, Percent of Moving Charges or Money Amount. Under a percent, the sheet says what it is taken of — Taken of moving charges: $… or Taken of labor and travel: $…, as your company set it — and the total, for example 8% of labor and travel.

Who can change the bill
The job's foreman, or someone allowed to edit bills of lading. Anyone else sees the bill but can't change it. Once the bill is submitted it's locked.
If something goes wrong
- You are not allowed to remove other fees.
- That did not save. — try again.
