When the office gives you a box delivery, a Boxes tab appears at the bottom of the Mover's Portal. Only the person the delivery is given to sees it — from the moment it's scheduled.
Your box deliveries
- Press Boxes. Your box deliveries lists each one: the customer, how many pieces, when (Today, Tomorrow or the day, with the time window), the address, its status (Scheduled, Loaded, Delivered) and the next step.
- A late delivery (its day has passed) is at the top, marked Late in red. Deliveries you finished today stay at the bottom until the end of the day.
- Tap a delivery to open it.
No box deliveries means nothing is given to you right now.
If the office gives the delivery to someone else, it disappears from your list. If you have it open, the next thing you press says This box delivery is not yours any more with a button back to your list.
At the top
Where and when shows the day and time window, the address with Directions, the customer's phone (tap to call), and any note from the office or the customer.
Nothing to collect — the boxes are paid with the office. Never take payment for boxes.
1. Load at the warehouse
The Load list shows every piece to put on the truck. A bundle (for example Studio Apartment) is opened into its pieces under the bundle's name.
- Tap each line as it goes on the truck (or Tick all). Every tick is saved straight away.
- When every line is ticked, press All loaded — ready to go. The delivery becomes Loaded and the office sees it.
2. Unload at the home
- On the Unload list, tap each line as it goes into the home (or Tick all).
- The Delivered button stays grey until every line is ticked.
3. Proof of delivery
Choose who took the boxes:
- Customer is here — type the Name of the person taking the boxes, press Tap to sign and hand them the phone. Turn the phone on its side; they sign, then Save. Signed — sign again replaces the signature.
- Not present — take a photo of where you left the boxes. At least one photo is needed.
Photos — Take photos or Choose from library, up to 5. The trash icon on a photo removes it. Add a Note if anything is worth telling the office (for example Left by the garage door).
The name and the note stay on your phone if you close the screen, until you press Delivered.
4. Delivered
Press Delivered. The delivery shows Delivered with who took the boxes and the photos. The customer gets the company's "delivered" email (with your photos) and text.
If something goes wrong
- Tick every item on the load list first. — a line on the load list isn't ticked yet.
- Tick every item off the unload list first.
- Type the name of the person who took the boxes. / Ask them to sign. — customer is here, but the name or the signature is missing.
- Take a photo of where you left the boxes. — customer not present and no photo yet.
- At most 5 photos — remove one to add another.
- Weak signal — that was not saved. Try again.
