Inventory on the job
See what the customer listed for the move — item by item — from Job Details on your phone, so you know what to expect before you load.

The customer's inventory — the items they listed for the move — is on your phone so you know what to expect.
See the inventory
- Open the job, then Job Details (it's where the job opens before you leave, and a tile on the job screen after you arrive).
- Tap the CuFt/Lbs figure — it's underlined when there's an inventory.
- A table lists every item: Name, Quantity, Size and Weight.
- Press Back to return to Job Details.
If the customer hasn't listed anything, CuFt/Lbs isn't underlined, and the inventory says No inventory on file — "The customer has not listed items for this move yet."
On the job screen
The Items tile is greyed (Later) for now: use CuFt/Lbs on Job Details instead.
It's read-only
The inventory belongs to the office — the crew checks it but doesn't change it on the phone. When the customer adds items on the day:
- write a change order — its items go on the order's inventory, in the room "Added by change order" (see Write a change order);
- or ask the office to update the order.
Inventory and the bill
Some items carry an extra fee (a piano, a safe). Those fees appear first under Additional Services on the bill of lading and follow the inventory — they can't be changed on the bill.
