Photos and inspections
Photograph the items and any damage as an inspection — before, during or after the move — and see the photos the office shared with the crew.

Photos protect the customer and your company. An inspection is a set of photos with when they were taken, whether they show damage, and notes.
Add an inspection
- On the job screen, press Inspections, then Add Inspection.
- On the New Inspection card, set: - Image Taken — Pre-move, During Move or Post Move; - Damage Occurred — No or Yes; with Yes, pick the Type Of Damage and Damage Location; - Notes.
- Add the photos: - Take photos — the camera stays open so you can shoot 5, 10, 20 in a row, then press Add N photos once; - Choose from library — pick many at once.
- Press Save Inspection.
Each photo shows on the card straight away and uploads in the background with its own progress — you never wait for the camera. Photos not uploaded yet are kept on the phone. If you try to leave while photos are still uploading, MoveBoard asks first.
Your saved inspections
Saved inspections are numbered, newest first, each showing Damage or No Damage on its cover. On each one:
- Take photos / Choose from library — add more photos to the set;
- Edit — change the details, or tap a photo to Mark damage with pins on the picture;
- the bin — delete the set (MoveBoard asks Are you certain you wish to delete this photo?).
Tap a cover for View Photos: every photo full screen with its damage pins and the date it was uploaded; swipe through with Next.
A green edge on the Inspections tile shows the job has photos. The office sees a green Inspections icon on the job's card on the Dispatch board, and the photos on the order.
Job Photos (from the order)
The Job Photos tile shows pictures the office attached to the order and shared with the crew (with Show to Foreman on BOL switched on) — a parking spot, a tricky staircase. Tap one to see it full size, with previous and next. With none shared it says No job photos available.
