Calls in the menu lists every phone call and voicemail, newest first, 50 to a page.

The list

Filter with the chips at the top: Every call, Incoming, Outgoing, and Unheard — the missed calls and voicemails nobody has looked at yet. The same number shows beside Calls in the menu, so you can see at a glance when something is waiting.

Each row shows:

ColumnWhat it is
DateWhen the call happened, on your branch's clock
TypeIncoming, Outgoing, Missed or Voicemail, and who handled it
ContactThe customer's name and number, or Unknown caller. When your phone is connected the number is a button — press it to call back.
OrderThe order the call is filed on; press it to open the order
DurationHow long it lasted
AudioListen to the recording, or Play voicemail — with the transcript when there is one

A red dot marks a missed call or voicemail nobody has looked at yet. Playing it marks it heard.

Row actions

Point at a row (or tap the dots on a phone):

  • Mark as read / Mark as unread — for missed calls and voicemails.
  • Move to other order — when a call is filed on the wrong order. Search the order, pick it, and press Move. Tick Also attach future calls from (number) to this order to file that caller's next calls there too.

Who sees which calls

Three switches on each person's Permissions tab, in the Calls group:

  • Can see Calls Tab — opens Calls in the menu and the page, with the calls on their own orders (where they're the salesperson).
  • Can view calls and voicemails on other users' orders — so someone can pick up a colleague's voicemail and call back.
  • Can view calls and voicemails not linked to any order.

Admins see everything. A call on an order the person isn't allowed to open shows without the order and the customer.

If something goes wrong

  • The call could not be marked. Try again.
  • Could not move to the order. Try again
  • An empty page says No calls in this window — try another chip.
