On this page

When a caller leaves a message, it shows up in three places: the Calls page, the order's conversation, and the Unheard count beside Calls in the menu.

Listen

  1. Open Calls and press Unheard to see only what nobody has looked at yet.
  2. On the voicemail's row, press Play voicemail.
  3. Open the transcript to read it instead (Voicemail transcript), when there is one.

Playing a voicemail marks it heard, and the Unheard count goes down at once.

Mark it without listening

Point at the row and press Mark as read. Changed your mind? Mark as unread puts it back on the Unheard list.

Call back

When your phone is connected, the caller's number on the row is a button — press it to call back from the browser. See Make and take calls.

File it on the right order

A voicemail is filed on the caller's order when MoveBoard recognises the number. If it's on the wrong one — or none:

  1. Point at the row and press Move to other order.
  2. In Move voicemail to other order, search for the order and pick it.
  3. Tick Also attach future calls from (number) to this order if this caller should always land there.
  4. Press Move.

In the order

On the order, the voicemail is a bubble in the conversation marked Voicemail, with a red Unread tag until it's heard, the length, the player and the transcript.

Who can hear it

Someone with Can see Calls Tab hears the voicemails on their own orders. To hear colleagues' voicemails they also need Can view calls and voicemails on other users' orders; voicemails on no order need Can view calls and voicemails not linked to any order. See The Calls page.
