On this page
Every report works the same way: the period at the top, the figures, a chart, and a table — and every number you can click shows the orders behind it.
The period
- Period picks Today, This week, This month (where most reports open), Last month, Next month, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, This quarter, This year or Last year.
- Or pick your own dates: click the dates beside it. One calendar opens with two months side by side. Click the first day, then the last day — the days between light up as you move, and the report changes as soon as you click the last day. The period then says Custom dates. - Clicked the wrong first day? Click an earlier day to start again from it. - One day only? Click the same day twice. - The arrows move both months. Esc, Cancel or a click outside closes the calendar and keeps the dates you had. - On a phone the calendar shows one month; it works the same way.
- Compare with: vs previous period, vs same period last year, or No comparison.
Under the period, one line says what the dates mean for this report — for example "Leads by the day they came in, bookings by the day they were booked" — and what it is compared with. A few reports are a snapshot of today and have no comparison.
Filters
Each report shows the filters that apply to it: Branch, Move type, Service, Salesperson, Source and Status, and some have their own (such as Pay period). Clear filters takes them all off. On a phone, press Filters to open them.
The figures change in place as you choose; nothing reloads the page.
The figures
- Tiles across the top — each with the change against the comparison period, in green when it went the right way and red when it didn't.
- The chart — bars, lines, a donut or a funnel, with the comparison period behind when you compare.
- The table — click a column title to sort; As listed puts it back. Totals are at the foot.
- Notes under some reports explain anything that needs a word (what's included, what isn't).
See the orders behind a number
Click a tile, a bar or a number in the table (See the orders behind this). A list of those orders opens — the newest 500 at most — and clicking one opens its order window.
What you see is yours
Reports follow the same rules as the orders list. Someone who only sees their own (and unassigned) orders gets figures for those orders only. Branches you don't belong to aren't offered. Archived orders are left out — see Archived orders in reports.
The buttons
- Refresh — work the figures out again now. The line under the period says "Figures just worked out." or when they were worked out.
- CSV — download the table (needs Can Export reports). See Export a report.
- Print — print the page with its title and dates.
- The star — pin the report to the top of the hub.
If something goes wrong
- "The report could not be read." — press Refresh, or try a shorter period.
- "The orders could not be read." — the list behind a number didn't load; click it again.
- "Nothing in this period." / "No orders behind this figure." — there is simply nothing to show.
