The Marketing area of Reports:

Customer Reviews (review requests, completed reviews and ratings) is on the plan and shows as Coming next.
The Lead Acquisition Costs report needs your costs
Lead Acquisition Costs divides what each source costs you by the leads and bookings it brought. Until a company admin enters a source's cost, the report says "Cost not set" for it. See Lead source costs and ROI.
A monthly spend is the whole source's: filters (and a salesperson's own-orders view) narrow the leads it is divided by, not the spend.
