The trip sheet is the paper the driver carries: where to go, in what order, and what is on the truck.
Print it
- Open the trip and go to the Documents tab.
- Press Trip sheet and itinerary (print or save as PDF). It opens in a new tab.
- Print it, or choose Save as PDF in your browser's print box.
What's on it
- The trip — its name, number, dates and route.
- The equipment and people — trucks, trailers, driver, co-driver and crew.
- Itinerary — day by day, each stop with the order's size and the customer number.
- Orders — each order From → To, its Size, Pickup spread and Delivery spread.
- Notes.
- Once the trip is completed, the Completed Trip Summary.
Money (Order total and the trip's figures) appears only for people with Can see trip profit and settlements.
The footer reminds the driver: Each order's bill of lading travels with the shipment (49 CFR 375.505(c)). Driving times are planning estimates, not an HOS record.
