Capacity and load plan
Read a trip's Capacity tab — the cubic feet and pounds on each truck and trailer, the step chart along the stops, and the load plan in linear feet or vaults at the truck's fullest moment.

The Capacity tab in a trip window tells you whether everything fits — not just at the start, but at every stop, as deliveries free space and later pickups fill it.
The bars
Each truck and trailer on the trip has its own bar with cu ft and lb side by side. The big percentage is in your company's headline unit — cubic feet, unless you chose pounds on Trips › Trailers & settings. Each order's share is coloured in the bar.
What counts:
- An order's estimated cubic feet and weight.
- An order marked Exclusive use (on the Orders tab) counts as the whole truck.
- Space reserved, cu ft counts in full, even if the order turns out smaller.
- An order split between trucks counts its share on each; an order split across trips counts only the part on this trip.
The step chart
Along the stops, the chart steps up at each pickup and down at each delivery. The highest step is the truck's fullest moment. A truck over its capacity at any stop turns up in red on Needs Attention.
The load plan
Load plan draws the truck's floor from above — the nose on the left, the doors on the right — at its fullest moment. The order delivered first sits by the doors; the one delivered last at the nose. It says, for example, 38 of 53 linear ft · after stop 4 (fullest).
Switch between:
- Loose — blanket-wrapped goods, measured in linear feet. A truck's cubic feet per foot is its capacity over its inside length (a 53-ft trailer of about 4,000 cu ft is about 75 cu ft a foot). A truck with no length set uses 75, and its load plan says so (for example 24.7 linear ft — Truck 1 has no length set) instead of comparing with a length; set the length under Trailers & settings.
- Vaults — wooden containers. Each vault takes 5 ft of floor and holds your vault size (200 cu ft unless you change it).
It is a planning picture, not a stowage plan.
Set the numbers
On Trips › Trailers & settings:
- Trucks: weight limits and lengths — each truck's weight limit and Inside length, ft. (Trucks themselves are added in Settings › Dispatch › Trucks.)
- Trailers — Add trailer, with its Name, Capacity, cu ft, Capacity, lb and inside length.
- Capacity headline, Vault holds, cu ft (load plan) and Load plan shows (Loose or Vaults).
On a trip, each truck's capacity is filled in from the fleet and can be changed for that trip on Crew & Equipment.
