About the trips

ReportWhat it shows
Trip ProfitabilityEach trip's revenue (linehaul and trip services) against its expenses and settlement, and its margin.
On-Time Deliveries vs SpreadHow many trip deliveries landed inside the promised delivery spread, and which were late — by the day they were delivered.
SIT AgingEvery shipment in storage in transit today, how long it has been there, billable SIT or carrier hold, and its notice.
Truck UtilizationHow many days of the period each truck spent on trips, its miles and how full it ran.
Deadhead MilesThe share of each trip's miles driven empty: to the first pickup, between a delivery and the next pickup, and home.
IFTA Miles & Fuel by StateEach truck's miles and fuel bought per state for a quarter, with taxable and net gallons. See Trip expenses, fuel and IFTA miles.

About the money with people

ReportWhat it shows
Driver SettlementsEach driver's and crew member's trip pay, per diem, advances taken back and deductions, from the trips' settlements.
Carrier & Agent StatementsWhat you owe each carrier or agent and what they owe you: the opening balance, new charges, payments both ways and the balance — the folios added up.

Who sees them

You need the Reports tab. Trip Profitability, Driver Settlements and Carrier & Agent Statements also need Can see trip profit and settlements; without it they don't appear in the list.
