On the screenWhat it means
SAVE (lit up)You have changes in this order that are not written yet. Nothing is kept until you press it. See How saving works.
DiscardThrows away the changes you haven't saved. Shows only when there is something to throw away.
CLONEMakes a copy of the order. Save or discard your changes first.
A red numberYou typed this value yourself, so the calculator isn't setting it. The arrow next to it puts the calculator's figure back. See Typed values vs calculated values.
LOCKED and RELEASEA teammate is editing this order right now. See Someone else is in this order.
The coloured top barAn order window's top bar takes the colour of the order's status, so you can tell a lead from a booked job at a glance.
The green dot by a customerThe customer has their portal open right now.
The dockThe bar along the bottom of the screen with the windows you've put away. Press one to bring it back. See Order windows.
Status pillThe button with the order's status. Press it to move the order to another status.
FlagsColoured labels your company made (for example "VIP" or "Needs call back"). See Flag orders.
ScoreThe lead score — how keen the customer looks, from what they've done. See Lead score.
Sales / ClosingSales is the quote you sold. Closing is what really happened on the day — the crew's hours, extra items and payments. See The closing view.
BalanceWhat the customer still owes on this order.
Text linkTexts the customer their link to book online and pay the deposit. See Text the deposit link.
Greyed outYou don't have the permission for this, or it can't be changed in the order's current state. Hover over it — MoveBoard usually says why.
