The welcome tour
The short tour that opens the first time you sign in after MoveBoard's big update — how to move through it, close it, and see it again.

MoveBoard has a big update: a new design and a new, faster engine. The first time you sign in after it, a short welcome tour shows you what's new — for the work you do.
What you see
- In the office, the tour opens in the middle of the screen. On a phone it fills the screen.
- In the Mover's Portal, it fills the phone's screen.
Each page has a picture of the screen it's about and a sentence or two. The dots at the bottom show how many pages there are and where you are.
Your tour fits your job
- Owners and administrators see an overview of everything, where things are in Settings (AI Receptionist, workflows and lead assignment, payments) and how to reach Support.
- Sales sees faster quotes and leads, AI Leads, the Messages page, templates, tasks and Ed.
- Dispatchers see the dispatch board, the crew schedule, trucks, the Trip Planner, following each job live and box deliveries.
- Customer service and finance see what they use, such as payroll, invoices and claims.
- Foremen see today's jobs, job details and directions, the status steps, documents, the bill of lading, signatures and taking payment. Drivers also see Trips.
A page about a part of MoveBoard you can't open isn't shown to you.
Move through it
- Swipe left or right (on a laptop: drag, or swipe with two fingers on the trackpad).
- Press the ← and → buttons, or the arrow keys on your keyboard.
- Press a dot to jump to that page.
On the last page, press Get started.
Close it
Press the small × at the top right (Skip on a phone), or Esc on your keyboard. Closing, skipping or finishing all count: the tour won't open again — on this computer or any other, because MoveBoard remembers it with your name, not in the browser.
See it again
In the office, press your name at the top right and choose Welcome tour.
