Rows per page on your lists

Every list that has more than one page ends with the same footer: how many rows you are looking at ("1–25 of 41"), a Rows per page box, and the arrows with "page 1 of 2".

Open Rows per page and pick 25, 50, 100, 250 or 500. The list goes back to its first page with the same filters, tab and sort you had.

The arrows still move a page at a time.

Your choice is remembered

MoveBoard keeps the size you pick for you, list by list: 100 on Orders does not change Accounts. It is kept with your user, so it is the same on any computer or phone you sign in on. Other people in your office keep their own.

Where you find it

• Orders — every tab and filter, and AI Leads
• The orders that open from a dashboard number
• Accounts, Invoices, Calls, and the texts on Messages › SMS
• Storage — Tenants, Storage payments collected, Past due
• Tasks and the Users list
• Reports — the orders behind a report's number

A list opens on 25 rows until you pick another size. Accounts, Invoices, Calls, texts, Storage tenants and Storage payments open on 50, as they always have.

Select all that match

With every row on the page ticked, Select all N orders that match still takes every order your filters match, not only the rows on the page.

Good to know

• The most a page shows is 500 rows. Bigger pages take a moment longer to open.
• The Messages conversation list keeps its own 10 / 25 / 50 / 100 box, as before.
