The Storage area of Reports has six reports. Each opens like any other report — period, comparison, filters, chart and table — see Read a report.
Who can open them
The Reports menu (Can see Reports tab as admin) and the Can see storage tab permission. Company admins always can.
The six reports
| Report | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Storage Occupancy | Occupied volume, active tenants and monthly rental revenue, by facility. |
| Move-Ins & Move-Outs | Tenants moving in and out each month, and how occupancy changes. |
| Storage Revenue | Storage charges billed and payments collected, by month and facility. |
| Past-Due Storage Balances | What tenants owe now and how long it has been past due. A snapshot — no comparison with an earlier period. |
| Storage Payments | Storage payments and refunds: method, amount, and who took each one. |
| Tenant Length of Stay | How long tenants stay, and revenue by length of stay. |
Storage money tied to an archived order is not counted.
Quick looks on the Storage page
The Storage page itself has the day-to-day versions: the Dashboard's revenue and aging, Storage payments collected, Storage aging and Past due. See The Storage page. The aging download there needs the Reports menu and Can Export reports.
You can also ask Ed in plain words — "who owes storage?", "how many move-outs this week?" — if you can see the Storage page.
