A flag is a coloured mark on a storage tenant — "Past due", "VIP", "Do not release" — that shows in the Flags column of the Tenants list and at the top of the tenant's window. Storage flags are separate from order flags.

Set up your flags

  1. Open Settings › Storage › Storage flags.
  2. Press New flag, type the Flag name, pick a Color, and save.
  3. To rename or recolour one, type over it. Drag a flag (or use the arrows) to change the order.
  4. Name, colour and order changes wait for the Save at the bottom, which only shows when something changed. Adding and removing a flag save at once.

Put a flag on a tenant

  • In the tenant's window, use Flags next to the status, then SAVE.
  • On the Storage page's Tenants tab, click a tenant's Flags cell (Edit flags), tick the flags and save. This replaces the tenant's flags with the ones ticked.
  • For many tenants at once, tick them and use Action for selected items › Add Flag. Each keeps the flags it already had. See Bulk actions on tenants.

Remove a flag from your list

Press the bin beside it. MoveBoard asks "You are about to remove this setting. Do you wish to proceed?", and when the flag is in use, a second question with how many are wearing it.

If something goes wrong

  • "Flag name is a required field" / "Empty value can't be saved" — a flag needs a name.
  • "Please check color in format #ffffff or #FFFFFF" — type the colour as # and six letters or digits.
  • "Please choose color from more visible range" / "This color can't be used" — the colour is too light to read.
  • "Can't set flags on a storage tenant" — the change didn't save; try again.
