Staff time off
See the days off a mover asked for, and approve or decline them from their window or from Dispatch.

- For owners & admins, dispatchers
Movers ask for a day off from their phone, in the Mover's Portal. You answer the request in the office — from the person's window or right on the Dispatch board — and dispatch works around it.
Before you start
The Time off tab shows only:
- to someone with Can see Dispatch Tab, and
- on the window of someone who holds a Foreman, Driver or Helper position.
Office people don't have a time-off tab — time off is for the crews dispatch schedules.
See and answer requests
- Open Settings › Users & permissions › Users and click the mover.
- Pick Time off. It lists the last month and the next four, newest first.
- Each day shows Whole day, Morning, Afternoon or Part of the day, and its status.
- On a request still waiting, press Approve or Decline.
- Press Save. The answer is sent only then — until you save, it shows as staged on the row.
You can't answer your own requests.
When nothing has been asked: No time off asked for — Nothing in the last month or the next four. Movers ask for a day off from their phone.
On the Dispatch board
The same requests show on the day board. A person with time off that day shows a chip — Asked · Morning while it waits, Off · Whole day once approved — and you can Approve or Decline right there. See Crew cards.
Putting someone on a crew on a day they're off brings a warning — see Double-booked warnings.
How the mover asks
From the Mover's Portal on their phone — see Ask for time off.
