Sign-in limits by plan
One live office session per person and a company-wide cap on the Professional plan — what people see and how to free a seat.

Your plan decides how many people can be signed in to the office at once, and whether one person can be signed in on two computers.
The Professional plan
Two limits apply:
- One live session per person. Signing in on a second computer asks first. The person sees Active Session and can press Continue — which signs out the other computer and signs in here — or Cancel. The other computer then shows You were signed out because you signed in on another computer. Sign in again to keep working here.
- A company cap. Your plan includes a number of office users. When that many office sessions are live in the branch, the next person sees You have reached the maximum number of concurrent sessions. — and only Close. Continue doesn't get past it: someone else has to sign out first.
The higher plan
No limits: anyone can be signed in on as many computers as they like.
What counts
- Only office sessions count toward the cap. Foremen, drivers and helpers signing in to the Mover's Portal on their phones never count.
- A session stops counting when the person signs out, after 45 minutes without use, or after 12 hours at most.
- MoveBoard support signing in to help you never counts.
- Signing in again on the same browser is never asked.
Free a seat
- Ask people to press Log out (in the menu under their name) when they're done for the day instead of just closing the tab — a closed tab keeps its seat until it goes idle (45 minutes).
- Switch off people who have left — their sessions end at once (see Switch off or remove a user).
- If your team has grown, ask MoveBoard support about more users or the higher plan.
What people see
See Sign in to MoveBoard for the sign-in screens, the Active Session prompt and the cards shown when a session ends.
