Google click IDs on leads
What MoveBoard keeps when a lead comes from a Google ad, and where you can read it.

When someone clicks your Google ad, lands on your website and sends your quote form, Google adds a click ID to the page address. MoveBoard keeps it on the new lead, so you can tell which leads your ads paid for.
What is kept
On every lead from your website's quote form:
- The click ID — Google's gclid, or gbraid / wbraid (the IDs Google uses for some phone and app clicks). If the address has more than one, MoveBoard keeps the gclid first, then gbraid, then wbraid.
- The landing page address — the full address the customer was on, including any utm_ campaign tags you put on your ad links.
Nothing extra is needed on your side: it works with MoveBoard's quote forms on your website.
Where to see it
- The Campaign Performance report groups your leads by campaign, by source and medium, or by landing page. It shows how many came With tracking and how many From ads (a Google click ID or a paid tag). Leads with a click ID but no campaign tag show as "(Google Ads, no campaign tag)".
- The orders export has a Tracking Campaign URL column with the landing page address. See Export the orders list.
The click ID isn't shown in the order window.
Sending conversions to Google Ads
Sending leads and bookings back to Google Ads as conversions isn't available in MoveBoard yet. Until it is, use the Campaign Performance report to see what your ads brought in.
