What to tell a realtor, stager or past customer about their personal link and QR code — and what their clients see.

Each partner gets a personal link from you (see Referral links). Here is what to tell them, and what their clients see.

What to tell the partner

  • Share the link anywhere: in a text or an email to a client, on their website or social media, in an email signature.
  • Print the QR code: on a flyer, a business card, an open-house sign or a closing gift. A client points their phone camera at it.
  • Every quote request through it is credited to them — they do not need to tell you who they sent, and their client does not need to type their name.
  • If the client looks around and comes back to your website within 30 days, it still counts.

The fastest way to give it to them: open the link's Email button and press Send — the email carries the link and the QR code.

What their client sees

  1. The client taps the link (or scans the code).
  2. Your quote form opens — on your website, with your look, or on a quote page with your logo.
  3. They fill it in and send it, like any quote. Nothing asks who referred them.

What you see

  • The new lead's order shows Referred by the partner, with a Referral link tag.
  • The partner's account shows the move in Referred moves, and each link's Clicks, Leads, Conversion, Booked and Booked value.
  • Reports › Referral Performance has every partner (or, with Group by: Referral link, every link).

A partner can have several links — one per agent, per office or per open house — to see which one works best.
