Troubleshooting
The bill of lading won't submit or can't be changed

It won't submit
Still needed: … — the signatures named are missing. They're outlined on the bill. Have the customer (or you) sign each one, then press submit again.
Please sign the signatures in order — the bill's signatures go top to bottom. Sign the first one still empty, then the next.
The contract could not be submitted. Please try again. — MoveBoard couldn't take it just then. Wait a moment and press submit again; nothing you filled in is lost.
No signal — the contract is saved on this phone and will be submitted when the signal is back. — that's fine. The phone sends it by itself as soon as it has signal, after every change still waiting. Don't uninstall or clear the browser before then. See Working with no signal.
It was submitted, and something is wrong
The bill of lading was submitted, so it can't be changed. A submitted bill is frozen on the phone.
Fix (office):
- Open the order and go to the closing.
- Press Completed ✓, then Reopen order.
- Make the change in the closing — or, if your company allows it, let the crew change the bill and submit it again.
Whether reopening the job also reopens the crew's submitted bill is set in Settings › Dispatch › Submitted bill of lading. When it is on, the new bill replaces the old one. See Submitted bill of lading after a reopen.
A signed time can't be changed
The customer signed this start time, so it can't be changed. To correct it, a manager or admin deletes the customer's signature first; then pick the time and have the customer sign again. (the same for an end time)
The customer signed the end of this stop, so its timer can't be started or paused. …
Signed times are the customer's agreement. A manager or admin deletes that signature, then the foreman picks the right time and the customer signs again.
Someone else's bill
Only the job's foreman, or somebody allowed to edit bills of lading, may change it. — only the job's foreman (or an office person with that permission) can change the bill. Ask the foreman, or the office.
Breaks after submitting
The contract was submitted, so time off can't be changed. — breaks are part of the submitted bill. The office fixes them in the closing.
