"Selected … are from multiple branches"
Why some bulk actions are greyed when you tick business accounts or storage tenants from more than one branch, and how to do them branch by branch.

When you work in several branches, a list can show business accounts or storage tenants from more than one of them. Tick rows from two branches and the action menu shows:
- Certain actions can’t be completed. The selected accounts are from multiple branches.
- Certain actions can’t be completed. The selected storages are from multiple branches.
Why
Some actions belong to one branch's customers: they send from that branch's email and texting number, under its name and templates, or give the work to that branch's sales people. MoveBoard can't send one mass text from two branches at once, so those actions are greyed.

Do it branch by branch
- Narrow the list to one branch — filter by branch, or work in that branch.
- Tick the rows and run the action.
- Repeat for the next branch.
Export works across branches, so you can still download everything in one file.
