Workflows & automation
Only if: conditions
Narrow a workflow to the orders it's meant for — status, move type, inventory, money, documents, addresses and more — with ALL or ANY, groups, and conditions that make it stop by itself.

On this page
Only if decides which orders a workflow acts on. With no conditions it acts every time its moment happens — the card says None — it runs every time.
Add a condition
- Open the Only if card (the third part of the sentence).
- Press Add a condition.
- Search — "piano", "deposit", "flag", "extra stops", "status" — or pick from the groups.
- Set how to compare and the value. Under each condition, Reads: says it back in words.

Numbers compare with is more than, is less than or is between. Lists (statuses, move types, lead sources…) use is or is not and can hold several values — "the status is New or Follow up". Your own flags, items, services, lead sources and documents appear by themselves.
"Contains an item" matches by name, so "Piano" also finds "Baby grand piano".
ALL or ANY
With two or more conditions, choose Match ALL of these or ANY of these. Need both? Add a group puts a small group inside — for example ALL of: status is Booked, and ANY of (piano, safe, pool table). Groups go one level deep.
Stop by itself
In the same card, Stop by itself holds conditions that end a waiting run. They're checked again just before each run; as soon as one is true, the run stops and the log says why. Use them to stop reminders once the order is booked, signed or paid.
Example: a deposit reminder that waits a day — Stop by itself when Deposit paid is yes, or the status is Booked.
When a condition can't be answered
If MoveBoard doesn't know the answer — an order with no distance, or documents it couldn't read — the condition counts as not true, and the run log says what wasn't known. That way a workflow never acts on a guess.
If something goes wrong
Save is refused with what to fix:
- Pick a flag for the condition.
- Pick the item.
- Pick at least one status. (or move type, lead source… — whichever list is empty)
- Conditions can be grouped only one level deep.
- The condition "…" is no longer offered. — remove it and pick another.
