Crew claims score
See which movers' jobs get the most damage claims, so you know who to coach and who to trust with the fragile jobs.

Every mover on a job's crew is counted with any claim on that job. Reports › Crew Claims Score lists each mover's jobs, claims, the dollars settled, and claims per 100 jobs (recent work counts more), marking who is at higher or lower risk than your company's own rate. The same record is on the person's Claims tab in Users, and beside each crew member on a claim. You need Can see Claims Tab to see it.
How the score is worked out
Each mover is scored on claims per 100 jobs they worked, with recent jobs counting more than old ones. The score is compared with your company's own claim rate, so "higher risk" means more claims than your movers usually get — not a fixed number.
