How reviews are matched to foremen and crews
A review that names one foreman is his; otherwise the customer's scan of the foreman's QR code decides. The job's whole crew comes with it, and you choose who is responsible. What you set by hand is never changed.

Every new review is matched to a foreman a few minutes after it comes in:
- The review names exactly one foreman — by first name (a first name two foremen share needs the last name too). He gets it. If he also scanned in the window, the job comes along.
- Otherwise, the customer's QR scan: the latest scan of a foreman's QR code in the hours before the review (4 hours by default; 48 with the lenient window). The scan carries the job and order, so the review is linked to them. If the review named two foremen, only a scan by one of them counts.
- Otherwise the review waits for you as Needs review on Reputation › Competition › Reviews.
Never counted: a scan after the review, a scan outside the window, and link previews (a link pasted in a chat opens it without a person).
Your choice is kept
Pick a foreman (or Unassigned) on Competition › Reviews, on a scan's review, or on the Reviews page — it is locked and matching never changes it.
Match again (Competition › Reviews) runs the matching on the reviews you haven't set by hand. A review that already has a foreman keeps him — it can only gain the job — so the history you already paid never moves. Scans are kept for at least a year.
By hand only
In Settings › Reputation › Competition & bonus you can choose By hand only: nothing is matched automatically and every review waits for you.
The crew on a review
A review linked to a job — by the customer's QR scan, by Attach a job, or by you picking the foreman (his job that day comes along) — carries the job's whole crew: the foreman and every mover on that job (the pickup and the delivery crew, the same crew the claims score and payroll use). Everyone starts responsible for it.
Untick the people who weren't responsible — on the review's card on Reputation › Reviews, or under the crew leader on Competition › Reviews — and Save. Your ticks are kept: matching again never changes them. Choosing another job or foreman builds the list again from that job.
Who is responsible decides:
- the review bonus, when your setting pays the foreman and movers or the movers only (Competition and bonus settings);
- each person's rating stars on Dispatch, in the crew pickers and on their Claims tab — good reviews raise them, 1–3★ reviews lower them (Safety stars).
Attach a job
Many reviews don't come from a QR scan. On any review press Attach a job: search by order number, the customer's name, phone or email, or pick one of the suggestions (moves in the two weeks before the review, the likeliest first — the reviewer's name like the customer's, the move just before the review). Attaching links the review to the order and its customer — for good: a returning customer's new quotes show the star on the order window — and brings the job's crew. Detach takes it off again. Both are written in the order's log ("Review attached by …").
