Connect Google Business Profile
Bring each branch's Google reviews into MoveBoard — sign in with Google once, pick the location, and reviews come in every few minutes.

Settings › Integrations › Google Business Profile connects each branch to its Google Business Profile, so its reviews come into Reputation › Reviews and your replies are posted on Google.
> While Google is still reviewing MoveBoard's access to Business Profiles, the page says Coming soon and there is nothing to press yet.
Connect a branch
- Open Settings › Integrations › Google Business Profile.
- On the branch's card, press Connect with Google and sign in with the Google account that manages that branch's Business Profile. Allow MoveBoard to manage it.
- Back in MoveBoard, tick the branch's location (or locations) and press Connect location.
The branch's reviews come in at once. After that, MoveBoard checks Google every 5 minutes; Check now (here) or Refresh (on the Reviews page) checks right away.
Change or disconnect
- Change location picks a different location for the branch.
- Sign in with Google again shows when Google stopped accepting the connection (for example, the password was changed or MoveBoard's access was removed in the Google account).
- Disconnect stops new reviews and replies for the branch and removes MoveBoard's access at Google. The reviews already in MoveBoard stay.
Admins and people who may manage reviews can connect and disconnect; everyone else sees the page only.
Before Google approves
Until Google approves MoveBoard's Business Profile access, this page says Coming soon — waiting for Google's approval. Everything else in Reputation works already: add reviews by hand, ask customers for reviews, and run the crew competition with the foremen's QR codes, the bonus and payroll.
