A customer's reviews on the order window

A star beside the order's counters shows when the customer ever reviewed you — the latest rating, how many, red when it was bad — and the closing bar shows this move's review.

When a customer has ever left you a review that is linked to one of their orders (by the crew's QR code or by Attach a job on Reputation › Reviews), every order of that customer shows it:

  • The star counter — beside the order's three counters (lead score, days to the move, orders with you): ★ 5, the latest review's stars, with ×3 when there are several. It is red when a review was 1–3★, so sales know a customer who was unhappy is back. Hover it for the list; press it for the reviews.
  • Beside the closing bar (Bill of lading, closing): this move's own review as stars (★★★★★ 5 customer review). Press it to read it.

The pop-up shows each review newest first: the stars, the site, the day, the reviewer's name, the words and your reply (or Not answered yet). A review the site removed says so. It is read-only — replies are written on Reputation › Reviews (Open in Reputation).

Which customer

The reviews of the order itself, of every order of the same customer, and of another customer record with the same email or phone — so a new quote from a returning customer shows their old review even when the new lead made a new customer record.

Anyone who can open the order sees the star. Ed answers "Did this customer review us?" from the same list.
