Four permissions — Can see Reputation, Can manage reviews, and the review competition's two — and who has them before you set them.

Two switches on a person's Permissions tab (Settings › Users & permissions › Users):
- Reputation — Can see Reputation (in the Main menu card): the Reputation item in the menu and the Reviews page.
- Can manage reviews (in the Reputation card): reply to reviews, use the AI draft, approve AI replies, keep the saved replies, change Settings › Reputation › Reviews & AI replies, and connect Google Business Profile.
- Can see the review competition (in the Reputation card): Reputation › Competition — the foremen's standings, QR scans and bonus money. It needs Can see Reputation too.
- Can manage the review competition (in the Reputation card): give a review to a different foreman, run the matching again, and change Settings › Reputation › Competition & bonus (the bonus rules that go into payroll).
Administrators always have all of them. When Reputation arrived, everyone with Manage employees within the company (your managers) was given all four; anyone else gets them when you tick them.
Ed, the assistant, follows the same switches: someone without Can see Reputation can't ask him about reviews, and someone without Can see the review competition can't ask him for the standings.
