Reputation › Reviews shows every review of your company — from Google today, other sites later — for the branches ticked in the top bar. The line under the title says how many reviews are awaiting reply and when the page was last updated; beside the title are your Google rating and Refresh. It has three tabs.
Overview
- Google rating (live): the rating and number of reviews Google shows for your connected locations.
- Average rating: the average of the reviews in MoveBoard.
- Response rate: how many of them have a reply. The red line opens the ones that still need one.
- To next 0.1★: how many more five-star reviews it takes to move your Google rating up a tenth (for example from 4.7 to 4.8).
- Rating distribution (how many reviews have each number of stars) and What customers mention (the words your customers use most).
All reviews
Pick the Period (All time, 30 days, 90 days, 1 year), then filter by rating, reply status (Needs reply, Replied, or Removed by the site), crew leader, branch and site, or search the reviewer or the words. Export downloads every review that matches.
Each review shows the customer, the stars, when and where it was written, its photos, the crew leader and the order it belongs to. Press the order number to open the order. To set or change the crew leader or order, press the crew leader (or + Crew leader), pick them and type the order number, then Save: a choice made by hand is kept — automatic matching never changes it.
Photo
Photo decides whether the review counts as one with a photo for the review bonus: Auto (a photo the customer added on the site counts), Yes or No.
Reply to a review
- In the review's reply box, write your reply — or press AI draft (the sparkle) to have one written for you, or pick one of your Saved replies.
- Read it and change anything you like.
- Press Send reply. The reply is posted on Google under your business name, and the review shows Replied and Your response.
To change a reply already posted, press Edit on Your response, then Update reply. A low review (3 stars or fewer) shows Needs your reply until it has one.
Saved replies
Press Saved replies to keep the replies you use often. Write {first_name} where the reviewer's first name goes.
Removed by the site
When a review disappears from Google — Google's spam filter took it down, or the customer deleted it — MoveBoard waits a day and then counts it as removed: it is not counted anywhere. Pick Removed by the site to see them. If Google shows it again, it comes straight back.
Request reviews
- Your review link: your branch's review page as your company's short link. Copy it or Open it. Where it goes is set in Settings › Reputation › Review link & QR codes (or by your connected Google Business Profile).
- Review request messages: your company's own text message and email for asking a happy customer for a review. Change the words and press Save (Save shows only after a change; Reset goes back to the default words).
{first_name}is the customer's first name — put it in before sending; your company name and review link are filled in when you Copy or press Open in Messages / Open in Mail. - To send it from MoveBoard, open the order and use Text or Email with one of your message templates; a workflow can send one by itself after the job.
