Reputation › Competition runs a contest between your crews for the best customer reviews, every pay period. Each review is matched to the foreman whose crew did the job (and the job's movers come with it), the foremen are ranked — or, when your Who gets the bonus setting is Foreman and movers or Movers only, every person the reviews are credited to — and, when you pay a bonus, each person's bonus goes into Accounting › Payroll by itself.
At the top: your Google rating (with the true average, "4.87 actual", and how many more 5★ to the next 0.1) and Refresh — the page also updates by itself every minute. Then you pick the branch (when you work in several), the period — This pay period (the default), Last pay period, All time or Custom, with the dates and the pay date shown on the right — and what Counts: 5★ only (competition) or All ratings. The bonus always uses the reviews that count.
The pay periods are the ones you chose in Settings › Reputation › Competition & bonus: twice a month, monthly, weekly or every two weeks.
The tabs
- Overview: QR scans, reviews, how many are matched to a foreman, the average, the top three and the newest reviews.
- Leaderboard: every foreman (with the crew's bonus: every person credited, a split review counting as their share), ranked — the rank, the all-time rating badge, scans, reviews that count, every review, the average and the conversion (reviews ÷ scans). Export it as CSV.
- Daily performance: one row per day with reviews, one column per foreman, in your branch's own days.
- Reviews: every review of the period, how it was matched, its foreman and the job's crew with ticks (untick who wasn't responsible), and Attach a job for a review that came without a scan. Pick a different foreman (or Unassigned) to correct it — your choice is locked and matching never changes it again. Match again re-runs the matching on the reviews you haven't set by hand.
- QR scans: per foreman, every scan of his QR code and which one led to a review. Link previews (a link pasted in a chat) are listed but never counted.
- Filtered: reviews the site removed (its spam filter, or the customer deleted it). They never count; one that already paid a bonus is taken back in payroll. One card per crew leader (how many, what is taken back, what is recovered, Money recovered, Deduct from current bonus, Report), then Payout impact by pay period (as paid vs without the removed reviews, and whether the podium changed) and the list. See The review bonus in payroll.
- Mover View: exactly what the crew sees on a job's Review card — the podium with this period's money, and the customer's QR card. Open full screen opens it on its own page.
- Bonus Calculator: each person's reviews, average, place, review pay, place prize, photo pay and total for the period (and what removed reviews take back), whether it is already in payroll or still pending, Print payout slips and the payout CSV.
- Settings: a shortcut to the competition's settings.
How the ranking works
Only foremen with at least one review that counts are ranked: by average stars (every rating), then by reviews that count, then whoever got there first. The top three win the place prizes.
The money
For each review that counts, once the foreman has the minimum: $ per review, plus the photo extra when the customer added a photo. The place prizes go to the top three. You set all of it in Settings › Reputation › Competition & bonus.
