Your box catalog and bundles

Your catalog is everything you sell. Manage it on the Catalog and Bundles tabs in Settings › Services & packing › Box delivery.

Changes on these two tabs save from their own pop-up. You don't need to press the page's Save button.

Boxes and supplies (Catalog tab)

Press Add item, or the pencil on an existing row. For each item, set:

• Name, Kind (Box or Supply) and Size, such as 18" × 18" × 16".
• Description.
• Price. If prices come from your packing materials, pick the material under Priced from instead.
• What it costs you. Customers never see this. MoveBoard uses it to work out your profit on box sales.
• Photo (optional). See "Photos" below.
• Offered to customers. Turn it off to hide the item. You can also use the eye button on the row.

Use the arrows to change the order customers see. Hidden items stay on deliveries already sold.

Bundles (Bundles tab)

A bundle is your own kit, such as "2-3 Bedroom Apartment", sold for one price.

• What's in it: how many of each item.
• What customers read: one line per item, such as "10 small boxes". The person delivering also ticks these lines off when loading and unloading. Fill from the items writes these lines for you.
• Price, plus an optional Full value. The full value is shown crossed out, with "You save $…".
• Best for (the chip above the name, such as "Studio apartment"), a Most popular ribbon, and a photo.

Photos

Every box, supply and bundle can have a photo. Customers see it in your website store and in the portal.

• In the list, press the Photo tile at the start of a row and pick a picture. It uploads and shows on the row right away; there's nothing to save.
• Press the photo to replace it, or the crossed-out picture button next to it to remove it.
• You can also add or replace the photo in the item's pop-up.

Without a photo, customers see a simple drawing of the item (a box, tape, wrap, paper, a mattress bag, a marker, or a stack of boxes for a bundle).

Before you can delete an item, take it out of any bundle that holds it. If you'd rather keep it, hide it instead.

The box calculator

The Calculator tab sets what "How many boxes do I need?" suggests for each home size. You can also change the multipliers for light, normal and heavy packers, and the tape and marker rules. Back to the starting table puts the original numbers back.
