Sequences can be triggered by any of the following events:
- A new lead is created from any source (website quote, phone, email, referral) — works with online quotes and online booking
- A lead status changes in the CRM (e.g., from "New" to "Quoted" or "Follow-Up Needed")
- A job is booked or confirmed
- A job reaches a specific stage in the 9-stage job tracker
- A payment is received or becomes overdue via billing
- A custom date is reached (e.g., 30 days after move completion)
You can also combine triggers with conditions. For example: "Send this sequence only if the lead came from Google Ads AND the move is local AND the estimated value is over $2,000."
