The timing is intentional. Research shows that review requests sent within 24 hours of service completion get 3x higher response rates than requests sent days or weeks later. By tying the request to the job tracker stage, Elromco eliminates the guesswork.
What You Can Customize
Platform Selection — Choose which review platforms appear in the request. Most companies prioritize Google Business Profile, but you can include Yelp, Facebook, BBB, or any custom URL.
Message Templates — The default message is professionally written, but you can customize the SMS and email templates to match your brand voice. Elromco AI's tone adjustment works here too, so you can fine-tune the message in seconds.
Timing Delay — By default, the request sends 2 hours after the job reaches "Delivered" status. You can adjust this to send immediately, after 4 hours, or the next morning — whatever works best for your customer base.
Frequency Controls — The system automatically prevents duplicate requests and respects a per-customer cooldown period, so repeat customers are not asked after every job.
