One Login, Every Branch
Before this update, multi-location moving companies using Elromco managed each branch through separate account views. With the new multi-branch dashboard, owners and corporate managers see everything from one screen. Revenue across all locations, crew utilization by branch, job volume comparisons, and lead conversion rates — all visible without switching between accounts.
What You Can See
The multi-branch dashboard includes four key views:
Company Overview shows total revenue, total jobs, average job value, and booking rate across all branches combined. This is your executive snapshot — the numbers you need for board meetings, investor updates, or simply knowing how the business is performing.
Branch Comparison displays each location's metrics side by side. You can immediately see which branches are outperforming, which need attention, and where to allocate resources. Metrics include revenue, job count, average ticket, crew utilization, lead-to-booking conversion, and customer satisfaction ratings.
Crew Performance rolls up individual and team performance across all locations. Identify your top-performing crews, track overtime trends, and monitor productivity benchmarks. This view is especially valuable for companies that share crews between branches during peak season.
Financial Drill-Down provides a three-level view: company-wide totals, branch-level breakdowns, and individual job profitability. Every number is clickable — drill from the company total to a specific branch to a specific job to the line-item charges on that job's eBOL.
No Per-Branch Fees
The multi-branch dashboard is included in the Enterprise plan at $399/month — the same flat rate whether you have 2 branches or 20. There are no per-branch fees, no per-user fees for branch managers, and no additional licensing costs. As your company grows and adds locations, your Elromco subscription stays the same.
