Answers your phone, prices the move and creates the lead. Turned on per company and paid from a prepaid balance as calls are used.

Is there a long-term contract?
No. MoveBoard is month to month with no long-term contract. You can cancel any time with no penalties or fees. We believe the software should earn your business every month.
Are there any setup fees?
None. Setup, onboarding, data migration, training and installing the forms and portal on your website are all free. You only pay the monthly subscription.
What's included in the monthly price?
Every screen of MoveBoard, unlimited crew members (Professional includes 3 office users; Enterprise includes unlimited office users), free onboarding, free training sessions for your whole team, free unlimited phone, email and chat support, free data migration, and free installation of the forms and portal on your website.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. No penalties either way.
What's your refund policy?
We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy within your first 30 days, we'll refund your payment in full, no questions asked.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Contact our sales team for annual billing options that can save you up to 15% compared to monthly billing.
What does the AI Receptionist cost?
The AI Receptionist is optional and is not part of the monthly plan price. You turn it on for your company when you want it, and its calls are paid from a prepaid balance as they are used. Ed, the AI assistant inside MoveBoard, is included in both plans.
