Take Control of Your Moving Schedule
A visual Gantt chart, drag-and-drop scheduling, crew building, and one-button notifications. Dispatch that keeps your operation running smoothly.
Dispatch That Actually Works
Stop juggling whiteboards and spreadsheets. See everything in one place.
Visual Gantt Chart View
See your entire schedule at a glance with a visual Gantt chart. Every job, crew, and truck displayed in a timeline you can scan in seconds.
Drag-and-Drop Scheduling
Assign and reschedule jobs by dragging them on the calendar. Move a job to a different crew or date with a single click-and-drag.
TBD Arrival Windows
Set flexible arrival windows for jobs where timing depends on the previous job. Customers see a window instead of a hard time.
Crew Building
Build crews by assigning drivers, helpers, and trucks to each job. See who's available, who's assigned, and manage capacity at a glance.
From Calendar to Completed Job
Four steps to a fully dispatched operation.
View Your Calendar
Open the Gantt chart and see all jobs for the day, week, or month. Color-coded by status, crew, or job type for instant clarity.
Assign Crews
Drag jobs to crews or use the assignment panel to set drivers, helpers, and trucks. The system shows availability and prevents double-booking.
Notify Your Team
Send assignment notifications to crews via SMS or email with one button. They get the job details, address, time, and customer info instantly.
Track Progress
As crews update job statuses through their mobile portal, the dispatch board updates in real time. Know exactly where every job stands.
Not Just a Calendar — A Command Center
Three things that set Elromco dispatch apart from every other scheduling tool.
Real Gantt Chart
Not just a calendar with colored blocks. A proper Gantt chart that shows overlapping jobs, time allocations, and crew utilization across the full day.
One-Button Notifications
Send SMS and email notifications to entire crews with a single click. Job details, addresses, timing, and customer notes — all included automatically.
Real-Time Board Updates
When a crew marks a job as 'en route' or 'completed' from their phone, the dispatch board updates instantly. No refresh needed.
What Happens on Dispatch Day, Step by Step
From booking to payroll, how a move travels across the dispatch board.
The Job Lands on the Board
A booking from any channel lands on the calendar for its move date and waits in the TBD / Unassigned panel until a truck is chosen.
Build the Crew
Drag people into Foreman, Driver, and Helper roles, set the report time, and pick the truck. A truck blocked out for maintenance cannot be assigned.
Send One Notification
One click texts every mover their schedule and a crew-portal link. Names show yellow until confirmed, green when they do, red if they decline.
Watch the Day Unfold
As the foreman taps through En Route, Arrived, Loading, In Transit, Unloading, and Payment, the board updates live. Submitting the eBOL closes the job and creates the invoice and payroll.
Stages mirror the job tracker and crew portal; completion feeds payroll and invoicing.
What Changes for the Office, the Crew, and the Customer?
When the board is the single source of truth, three groups stop making phone calls.
The Office
No whiteboard, no 6 AM group texts. Every truck, crew, and open slot is on one Gantt chart, and reassigning is a drag.
See the calendar viewsThe Crew
Movers get a text with their report time and a crew-portal link — nothing to download. Foremen see the full job and the eBOL; helpers confirm with one tap.
Explore the crew portalThe Customer
Customers get an arrival window instead of a hard time you cannot keep, sent to everyone in one bulk notification, and follow each stage in the client portal.

Most dispatch disasters are small oversights that surface at 7 AM. The board catches them earlier.
Double-Booking a Truck
The calendar checks truck capacity for overlap on assignment. Only the TBD “unassigned” truck holds multiple jobs, and you can cap how many.
Sending a Truck on Its Maintenance Day
Mark a truck unavailable for specific dates and the board refuses to assign it on those days.
Building a Crew Around Someone Who Is Off
Time off is requested and approved inside Elromco, so an approved day off is visible when you build crews.
Promising a Hard Time on a Sequential Job
When the afternoon job depends on when the morning job ends, mark it TBD. The customer gets a window you can keep.
Dispatch, the electronic bill of lading, and payroll share one job record.
