Simply navigate to your Statistics tab, then the Reviews section. By clicking on the “Review Settings” button at the top of the page, you can decide how many stars you consider to be a successful review. This controls which email is sent to your customer as well as which websites they’ll be linked to.
Failed review customers will receive an email without those links in an attempt to prevent them from taking further action to negatively review your moving company online.
